1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Find250 Marketplace (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Find250", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Find250 Marketplace and its operators.
• "User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform.
• "Buyer" refers to a User who purchases items on the Platform.
• "Seller" refers to a User who lists items for sale on the Platform.
• "Listing" refers to any item, product, or service posted for sale or rent on the Platform.
• "Content" includes all text, images, videos, and other materials posted on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Find250, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Listings & Content

4.1 Seller Responsibilities

As a Seller, you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of your listings
• The quality and condition of items you sell
• Fulfilling orders and delivering items as described
• Responding to buyer inquiries promptly

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is:

• False, misleading, or deceptive
• Fraudulent or illegal
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Offensive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Contains malware or harmful code

4.3 Listing Guidelines

All listings must include accurate photos, honest descriptions, and correct pricing. Misrepresentation of items may result in account suspension.

5. Buying & Selling

5.1 Transaction Process

Find250 facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not directly participate in transactions. All transactions are between buyers and sellers.

5.2 Buyer Responsibilities

• Review listings carefully before purchasing
• Communicate directly with sellers for details
• Inspect items upon delivery when possible
• Report any issues to sellers immediately

5.3 Seller Responsibilities

• Honor listed prices and terms
• Provide accurate item descriptions
• Deliver items as promised
• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours

6. Payments & Fees

6.1 Transaction Fees

Find250 charges a nominal fee for certain transactions. Current fee structure is displayed on our pricing page. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) and Bank Transfer. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled between buyers and sellers directly. Find250 may mediate disputes but is not responsible for issuing refunds.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on Find250:

• Illegal drugs and paraphernalia
• Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
• Stolen goods or items with removed serial numbers
• Counterfeit products or replicas
• Hazardous materials or chemicals
• Live animals (except with proper documentation)
• Human organs or body parts
• Adult content or services
• Gambling or lottery tickets
• Items promoting hate or violence

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Find250 name, logo, design, and all associated content are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Find250 a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

8.3 Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with details, and we will investigate promptly.

9. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• We collect necessary information to provide our services
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• You can request deletion of your account and data
• We use industry-standard security measures

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Posting prohibited items
• Fraudulent activities
• Harassment of other users
• Repeated violations of listing guidelines
• Non-payment of fees

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find250 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Disputes between users (buyers and sellers)
• Third-party services or payment processors
• Technical issues or downtime

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 User-to-User Disputes

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly through communication. If needed, Find250 may mediate disputes but is not responsible for outcomes.

12.2 Legal Disputes

Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of Rwanda and resolved in the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
